California Concept Soothing Cleansing Milk is a blend of herbs specially
formulated to provide powerful cleansing action. It loosens and removes surface
dirt and make-up, and flushes out even deeply imbedded impurities, while its
special ingredients help to re-moisturize skin and thus prevent dehydration of
the epidermis.
California Concept Soothing Cleansing Milk is both water and oil soluble to
interact with a wide range of skin pollution, and as such it can be easily
rinsed off the skin with warm water.
Method of Application:
1. Dampen skin with warm water;
2. Apply with damp fingertips or a damp cotton pad;
3. Cleanse with circular upward motions for extra
stimulation;
4. Tissue off excess;
5. Rinse thoroughly with warm (never hot) water.
